Harkins Builders celebrated its 50th anniversary and undertook an effort to formulate the company’s business strategy and succession plan for its next 50 years. In addition, Harkins was looking to attract younger talent to its management ranks, as well expand its footprint both geographically and into new construction divisions. Design B&B was brought in to help modernize the brand visually and verbally, and create relevance for the next generation of leaders.
